Multiple instances of GIFI data

In my GIFI keyword data, why do I get multiple instances of the balance sheet information and the opening balance sheet information?

This occurs when you first complete data entry for your opening balance sheet, and then for your balance sheet.

As a workaround, simply reverse the order of data entry, i.e. begin by inputting your balance sheet information, and then proceed with data entry for your opening balance sheet.
